My Lairs & Legends Kickstarter Launches April 5

I wanted to take a quick moment to tell you about my next Kickstarter, Lairs & Legends, that will launching April 5. If you enjoyed Into the Fey, you'll probably like Lairs & Legends, too.
This Kickstarter will bring you two hardcover books, Lairs & Legends and Loot & Lore, with the following content, all 100% compatible with the fifth edition of the world's most popular roleplaying game:
- an anthology of 25 fifth-edition adventures spanning levels 1 to 15
- over 100 new terrifying monsters
- stand-alone encounters

Last Chance for Second Wave Shipping

You won't get your physical rewards...
If you haven't updated your shipping address and payment information in Backerkit by Friday, March 11. This is the last chance for the 39 backers who have not completed the Backerkit survey with their shipping address and/or payment information.
Last week I sent you all an email. Yesterday I sent all of you messages here on Kickstarter. After this point and having done what I consider my due diligence, I'm going to have to assume that you are no longer interested in receiving your physical rewards, and I'm going to stop following up on this matter. I do apologize, but you'll need to meet me at least halfway for this to work.
Australia/New Zealand/Asia Fulfillment
Fulfillment to Australia, New Zealand, and Asia begins March 14. Our fulfillment partner had to use another fulfillment partner for these shipments, so it's taking a tad longer than expected. But your loot will arrive soon!!!
Shipping Issues
If you think your physical rewards should have already arrived; your tracking number says it was delivered but you didn't get it; or you don't have a tracking number and want to know where your stuff is, please contact Quartermaster Logistics using their online contact form: https://www.qmlogistics.com/contactUs.html
Product Issues
If you received your physical products and you noticed any issues, please do the following:
Misprints. If there are misprints or problems with the book itself (interior printing, binding, etc.) please email [email protected] with photos of the problem, and I'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Damage. If it appears that the product was damaged during transit (crushed box resulting in damage to product, water damage, etc.), please use Quartermaster Logistics' online contact form to report the issue: https://www.qmlogistics.com/contactUs.html
UK/EU Shipping
Still no update. We are still waiting for the UK government to process our customs/VAT application so that we can begin UK/EU fulfillment.

Second Wave Shipping

Second Wave Shipping
As part of first wave shipping, 90% of backers will have either gotten their physical loot or it's in transit. So, we're now making preparations for Second Wave Shipping. This will handle shipping to backers who weren't able to update their shipping addresses or payment information by the first cutoff date.
Please Update Your Shipping and/or Payment Info
There are some backers and pre-orders that have yet to update their shipping information and payment information--or their payment methods have errored out. If this is you, I sent you an email from [email protected] to the email address you used for the Kickstarter, detailing what you need to do. Please take action ASAP, or we won't be able to send you the product.
UK/EU Shipping
No update here. We are still waiting for the UK government to process our customs/VAT application so that we can begin UK/EU fulfillment. I do apologize that this isn't happening faster, but my hands are tied. It's a waiting game, and I can do nothing about it.

Fulfillment Reminder

I'm mostly reiterating information from my last update Thursday last week, for folks who may have missed that update. Nothing material has changed since then.
Note about contacting me: If you have any concerns or issues, please send me a private message; don't leave a comment on an update. Kickstarter does a very bad job notifying us about comments (read that as they don't). So, it's very easy for me to not see your comments. However, I get directly notified for private messages, so I always see them.
First Wave Fulfillment Starts This Week
Our fulfillment partner will start shipping out the first wave this week. This wave includes all backers except UK/EU and backers who didn't complete their survey/payment/address information until after November 4, 2021. So, most backers should be getting their lootz very very soon.
Final Shipping Address Confirmation
All backers (except UK/EU) will be receiving an address verification email from Quartermaster Logistics (QML). This is your chance to both confirm your shipping address or updated it if needed. This is the last boat for making sure we ship your stuff to the right place; please do not miss it.
The email will be sent to the email address you used when pledging to the Kickstarter, will come from [email protected], and will look like this
UK/EU Fulfillment
We are still waiting for our UK customs and VAT application to be processed by the UK government. It should be getting close to through the process by now though. Once it's ready, we'll be able to freight all UK/EU goods over to our UK fulfillment partner who will handle both UK and EU fulfillment.

For the handful of backers who completed their survey information or final payments after November 4, 2022, we'll be handling your fulfillment after this main batch that's happening now. We apologize for the delay, but since we did not have your information by our fulfillment partner's cutoff date, we were not able to get it into the first wave.

I just got word from our fulfillment partner that packages will begin shipping out next week!!! :D
Final Shipping Address Confirmation
